Oktober 2024 \u2013 \u201eEine sehr grosse Anzahl von Menschen [\u2026] besch\u00e4ftigen sich, das Kehricht auf Eseln aus der Stadt zu bringen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das n\u00e4chste Feld um Neapel ist nur ein K\u00fcchengarten, und es ist eine Freude, zu sehen, welche uns\u00e4gliche Menge von K\u00fcchengew\u00e4chsen alle Markttage hereingeschafft wird und wie die Industrie der Menschen sogleich die \u00fcberfl\u00fcssigen, von den K\u00f6chen verworfenen Teile wieder in die Felder bringt, um den Zirkel der Vegetation zu beschleunigen. Bei der unglaublichen Konsumation von Gem\u00fcse machen wirklich die Str\u00fcnke und Bl\u00e4tter von Blumenkohl, Broccoli, Artischocken, Kohl, Salat, Knoblauch einen gro\u00dfen Teil des neapolitanischen Kehrichts aus; diesen wird denn auch besonders nachgestrebt.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Besonders bemerkenswert, au\u00dfer der beschriebenen Praxis in sich, finde ich ich die Details, dass die \u201e(Industrie) der Menschen <em>sogleich<\/em> die \u00fcberfl\u00fcssigen Teile <em>wieder in die Felder bringt<\/em>\u201c mit der Erkl\u00e4rung, \u201eden Zirkel der Vegetation zu beschleunigen\u201c. Und abschliessend die Parallele zu heute, dass die gro\u00dfe Menge an Gem\u00fcseabf\u00e4llen \u201eeinen gro\u00dfen Teil des neapolitanischen Kehrrichts ausmacht\u201c bzw. des M\u00fclls\/Abfall in den St\u00e4dten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wenn wir Goethes <em>Italienischer Reis<\/em>e weiter folgen, erreichen wir Palermo. Heute sieht man dort wie am sp\u00e4ten Nachmittag\/Abend in allen Stadtvierteln die Gem\u00fcseh\u00e4ndler nach der mitt\u00e4glichen Schlie\u00dfung nicht nur die Gem\u00fcsest\u00e4nde und -auslagen wieder ausbreiten, sondern wie nach und nach auch grosse dampfende T\u00f6pfe oder Ofenbleche dazwischen ihren Platz finden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wie praktisch! Ich kann mir, je nach Saison, f\u00fcrs Abendessen schon ein paar fertige Sachen besorgen: gekochte Kartoffel, Artischocken, ger\u00f6stete Paprika und Zwiebel. Eingepackt in simples Packpapier, das von den Verk\u00e4ufern gekonnt zu Spitzt\u00fcten gewickelt wird. Welch eine Ersparnis, an Zeit und Energie, anstelle das jede\/r ein T\u00f6pfchen bei sich zuhaus auf den Herd stellt!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In diesem Zusammenhang ist mir vor kurzem ein Artikel in der Beilage <em>il Venerd\u00ec di Repubblica<\/em> besonders ins Auge gefallen: darin wird \u00fcber ein Start-up Unternehmen in der Lombardei berichtet, in dem wahlweise \u201eEssen auf R\u00e4dern\u201c zubereitet und ausliefert wird, oder auch nur die vorbereiteten Zutaten zum Selbstkochen daheim. Da alles digital aufgestellt ist werden die Zutaten und Mengen in den Mahlzeiten den individuellen Bed\u00fcrfnissen angepasst und auf diese Art Lebensmittelverschwendung bek\u00e4mpft bei gleichzeitiger Kostenersparnis (planeat.eco).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unser pers\u00f6nlicher Verbrauch an Lebensmitteln und Ressourcen steht unter anderem in direktem Zusammenhang mit den Mengen an Abfall, die in unseren St\u00e4dten und Regionen bew\u00e4ltigt werden m\u00fcssen.
